MAXINE PHILLIPS KEYNOTE SPEAKER AT EXCELSIOR HIGH SCHOOL’S 44th REUNION
War, WV, June 21, 2016 – The Excelsior High School 44th Alumni Reunion will take place August 12 – 14, 2016 at the Sheraton Charlotte Hotel located at 555 South McDowell Street In Charlotte, NC. Sponsored by the Chicago and Mississippi Chapters, the keynote speaker for the event is Maxine (Thompson) Phillips, President and Owner of GAMMS Unlimited.
A native of Yukon, West Virginia, Maxine Phillips started GAMMS Unlimited Life and Career Coaching firm in 2010 after ending her career as the Learning and Development Manager and a Performance Management Expert for Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. The focus of her organization is to empower people of all ages, especially the youth, by helping them to identify their natural God-given abilities for a competitive advantage when making life, educational, or career choices. Maxine also created the AMP, Achievement Mindset ProcessTM, that helps individuals to accelerate their way of thinking when creating a blueprint to achieve fulfillment and reach a place of happiness by being true to self. Currently, she has a book entitled “Transformation: Write + Share + Live”. Maxine believes that “writing down your thoughts and ideas allows you to be completely honest with yourself. It can also be a great problem-solving tool and very therapeutic.”
